During all of this fiasco the company apparently has been working hard behind the scenes to get ready for getting current and have the CE removed.


Company is saying that comes around May we will be current and then work on getting the CE lifted which I think wecwill pass that process as well,,

Once this happens this will trade violently upwards right into Pennyland. Remember, we were there just before the crash!

At least they hit phase 3. We haven't heard anything lately regarding our trials. They are the reason that I stuck with this company so long. Lots of BS to go through.

Sorry for the vagueness. Just showing serious people in serious companies continue to move forward with pain management. I did not mean to portray this as an NPHC competitor. To compete you have to participate, expend effort, spend money, progress, etc. I have no illusions that NPHC is a competitor

Latest Report: 09/30/2022 so NPHC has to file a 10K for 2022, 2023 and now 2024. Plus all of the missing 10Qs.

NPHC isn't being quoted as it is on the Expert Market.

The last filing was an 8-K on 03/22/2024.

NPHC is on the precipice of being suspended and revoked. But the Expert Market doesn't allow anyone to buy or sell - maybe the Canadians can buy or sell. Registered Investment Advisors, Certified Public Accountants and even Stockbrokers investing for their personal accounts should be knowledgeable enough to qualify for the Expert Market and shouldn"t need to be excluded for their own protection.

Anyone else verify? Heard auditing of financials is underway. First one is the longest, then in rapid succession thereafter. All filings completed by March.

I guess the biggest issue for us bag holders is what kind of restructure will the company do regarding outstanding share count. They have screwed us before.

It will be this FIRST HALF of this year we will get current and hopefully the CE as well.


Once this is complete this will catapult to a penny to start.
