NS8 Corporation announced today that its digital broadcast management service division, iWave Interactive Systems, has signed an exclusive multi-year content distribution and alliance agreement with Rockamedia LLC and M3 Entertainment to offer biographies of famous music artists on its iWave broadband and Video on Demand (VOD) for Asian and North American markets. Rockamedia LLC and M3 Entertainment will provide its "Memoirs" library of renowned music artists such as Ray Charles, Elton John, Queen, The Doors and Abba. Each of the 90 minute biographical profiles are produced following similar production formats as the A&E Biography Channel and are represented with depth, detail and historical accuracy. The "Memoirs" series showcases over 52 contemporary artists and will be distributed by iWave for broadband PC and VOD. Rockamedia LLC and M3 Entertainment are also distributing the Memoirs library through Sony PSP for the world and DVD distribution for Asia will be provided by Fuji. "iWave is unique to this emerging Internet content market. We get proposals from many different companies wanting to distribute our products over the Internet all the time. None of those proposals had the completeness that iWave offers. They made us comfortable in allowing our products to go on the Internet.
