The Canadian Securities Exchange has suspended the Company while
it reviews certain aspects of the recent dialMkt acquisition.

In particular, the transaction resulted in a new control person without shareholder approval,
and the Exchange has objected to the Company's association with a person.

The affected person has exercised their right to appeal.
The appeal will be held in January, and the Company has been informed that the suspension
will not be lifted prior to the appeal being heard.

The Company will provide a further update to shareholders in January.
