New World Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (the “Report”) for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2010 by the scheduled filing deadline because the Company was unable to complete the review of its financial activities for the applicable fiscal period due to significant management turnover at the end of the quarter for this Quarterly Report to be filed on time.
