I think o forgot something in my other reply to you. The potential of consumers like product is far more than “fairly decent revenues “. Let’s just pick 1000 stores. The deal is 3 skus/products each with 3 flavours. There’s a 3 tab stick, a 7 tab stick, and a 35 tab bulk buy ( msrp is $8 for the 3 pack, $16 for the 7 pack , and I can only guess as not released yet $20-$30 for the bulk?). I’d imagine we should see close to 50%? So let’s say even slower sales at each location of 5 sticks of each size and a bulk buy every week. That’s approx $75/week per location so $75k a week per 1000 locations. That = $900k per Q per 1000 stores. That equals $41,400,000 if all 46k stores are selling .This is only one deal for one product in one country . Just tabletz is already speaking of add on countries and add on products. They combined have 30 years in japan with some products doing over $100m /a year and we are first to market with a very disruptive product. Exact dosing , fast onset, long half-life. Even if my numbers are off there’s a ton of room for error there lol. Then we still have thc tabs in California and soon Washington plus our manufacturing partner cryopharm also pays us for our ingredients and IP for their own products (marbie melts and kali juice) as well as royalties based on sales.

That’s a great question!!! Let’s start by saying I’d love to see that because the order would have to be massive. However , if it was up to me, I’d never start with all of them for the simple reason I’d have zero idea of how many to order. Running out of product in a store is almost worse than ordering more than you expected to sell. No I would start with 1000-10,000 stores depending on how deep my pockets were (tabletz is it’s own company that are buying the product off of us . Called a white label deal). Regardless there’s so much potential here that even a smaller order for sample size stores to start is great news for us. Also the last NR (or one before) mentioned 711 as one of the retailers it would go into. Japan has the dubious distinction of having the most 711 locations in the world (more than the US even). Out of 67,480 worldwide locations, 20700 are in japan (about 31 %). 711 is very corporate focussed. I don’t see them putting them into 10 stores lol even to start. Better yet, what works in 711 japan works 711 anywhere so those japan locations (however many they number) leads to legitimacy for 711s worldwide (as well as so many other chains). We also have a history with 711. At one point we had corporate deal with 711 North America for Neuenergy. Yes the sales were bad but that was due to marketing or lack thereof (the product as amazing as it is is still very unknown ). This is something easily fixed with revenues coming in from japan deal and Cali/Washington tabs). We will have a new batch of Neuenegy (I use it almost daily and swear by it) in the new year for retail shelves. Basically we’re on the ground floor of what could one day be a household name with multiple products in multiple markets about to be realized.
Back to japan. Sample order was $37.5 k. I’ve been involved in a few private startups. I’ve never seen anyone spend more than between 1-10% of initial orders on a sample order. The sample order was $37,5k. That tells me regardless how many stores they start with the order should fall between $375k-$3.75 million. Except AFTER the sample order was shipped and received an NR mentioned there was already talk of “doubling initial order” and that was before adding the third sku which is the 35 tab bulk buy. Having said all that I expect our initial order could fall anywhere between $$750k to $7.5 million or more. The thing is any of those numbers are amazing for us lol. I’ve drawn many roadmaps to $1 and beyond pps. This is by far my favourite holding. I’m up well over 100% with a life changing number of shares and I have yet to sell any shares so I’ve parked my money where my mouth is. Best of luck to us all in all our investment decisions!
