Monarch Staffing, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MSTF), and its wholly owned subsidiary Drug Consultants, Inc. ("DCI"), a provider of healthcare staffing services, announced the award of two new contracts with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation ("CDCR").

The first new contract is for Registered Nurse Services at the CDCR Division of Juvenile Justice ("DJJ") and expires September 30, 2011. The second new contract is for Psychiatric Technician Services and expires September 30, 2011.

"The contract awards at the CDCR Division of Juvenile Justice for Registered Nurses and Psychiatric Technician Services will allow us to continue to diversify our staffing services provided to the State of California," commented David Walters, Chairman.

DCI furnishes personnel to perform a range of pharmacy, nursing and other healthcare staffing services in support of the operations of government and commercial facilities, including its largest client, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. DCI has experience in providing its services in rural areas of California where many state facilities are located and healthcare professionals are not readily available.
