Monarch Staffing, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MSTF), and its wholly owned subsidiary Drug Consultants, Inc. ("DCI"), a provider of healthcare staffing services, announced the award of a new contract with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation ("CDCR").

The contract is for Occupational Therapy Services at the CDCR and expires June 30, 2010.
