Lol. LIFP,I love that..doing business with the boys at fulton fish market and the "tough guys" always makes life easy...Their legal team is second to none..Not a single lawyer from their team has been disbarred... In fact not one of them works for IHUB either..Gotta love a wise guy, so says the Lucchese family, who still bounce around the outskirts of the fulton market..
All the books of the LIFP are accredited by "Family" members so we know it's a solid investment.. Certs will be personally delivered and signed in "red ink"...Series A shares are gonna be available at a 2:1 payout upon completion of the pipeline... It will be fully operational with the inauguration of Claudia sheinbaum.. Kinda in line with CMWs pipeline..

CMW is at Taco Cabana testing his approximately 20 ft long refried beans pipeline. It is the closest thing he will ever get to a natural gas pipeline.

Whereas, in CONtradistinction, the LIFP is a quite solid financial investment available to current and former accredited MRGE baggholders.

The repair and restoration of the pilot-scale LIFP remains underway butt could use an infusion of pennyvestor financing to expedite the reopening date. Since the LIFP project has nott yett reached its IPO stage, all share issuances come on really nice looking embossed share certificates printed on high-quality 28 lb Crane cert paper with a shiny metallized blue sticker image of a halibut on the lower left. Series B shares of common are available now.

The certs are super nice and can be framed and mounted right next to one's MRGE shares. 🗑️

"we have forgotten more than he knows"
Nott about grifting. Obviously nott about grifting.

Give CMW his due respect. Five decades of supporting himself and family by grifting - with~OUTT needing a real 9-5 yobb. That's pretty impressive. CMW has done very well for himseff.

I think Shakespeare wrote: "Tis far, far better to be the grifter than to be the victim of the grifter. To swindle or to be swindled, that is the question."

CMW has yer munny and you claim to know more than him? LOL.

C'mon, man. He even named this scam Mirage and the unwashed pennyvestors still bought into this, despite his history. CMW can write The Art of the Con: An Autobiography. He knows how to tell the most ridiculous lies and get some of the bottom-of-the-barrel pennyvestors to bleeve his bullshit - for YEARS - and even to buy PPs long after the suckers knew or should have known he was scamming them and endlessly lying to them. Compressors? $4B financing? A one-man office at the same 900 Isom address as the logistics and engineering company he made up for MRGE to cut bigg CONtracts with? And oil wells (again)??? LOLOL!!!

Again, c'mon, man.

"my biggest hope is any form of liquidity"

Best chance at that is getting caught in a line being paid ~OUTT and being pulled overboard.

CMW does, however, have 40+ years of grifting experience under his belt. You must admit that he is pretty good at that yobb. 50 years of never having a real yobb and yett he manages to keep himself and his fambly in comfortable CONditions all that time.

CMW = all hat, no cattle

Claudia Sheinbaum and Luz Elena González Escobar design plan to solve Pemex and CFE's financial crisis
Business

July 30, 2024
Camila Ayala Espinosa
|

Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo reported that she is already working with the next head of the Ministry of Energy (Sener), Luz Elena González Escobar. The purpose is to develop a strategy aimed at addressing the critical financial and profitability situation faced by Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex) and the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE).

At a press conference, the virtual president-elect explained that, after the appointment of González Escobar, the first stage of the plan has focused on reviewing the actions carried out in the current government to reduce the collection of the Right to Use Fuels (DUC) for Pemex.

This measure has sought to relieve the financial pressure on the state-owned company and improve its economic stability.

"We are working on several issues with Luz Elena González, who is going to be the Secretary of Energy, we are seeing both in CFE and in Pemex, in the case of Pemex obviously its financial balance, the importance of maintaining production at a certain level," he commented from his transition house in Iztapalapa.

Within the operational part, he stated that they are reviewing the refineries of Salina Cruz and Tula.

Without mentioning something of a possible centralization of the state's productive companies under a federal agency, the former head of government of Mexico City also pointed out that she is working on the 2025 Economic Package.

"We are in the work plan for the first 100 days of government (...) in the 2025 Expenditure Budget (...) We are already working with Rogelio Ramírez de la O and his team," he said.

Refineries and new opportunities for Pemex
For the rest of the refineries, the situation of the coking plants is being seen, how far the investment went and "if necessary" with the analyses done, reinforce.

"The idea is to refine everything that is extracted, which is an original idea of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador and that it is important that it is maintained," he said.

For Pemex, work is also being done on new areas of opportunity and development, such as petrochemicals with fertilizers, and even more so with natural gas and lithium.

"The possibility that Pemex ventures, for example together with Litio MX, into lithium mining (...) oil companies from other countries are making inroads. It would also give Pemex a possibility of extraction and development and profits different from oil and natural gas alone," he said.

Claudia Sheinbaum reports on plans for the CFE
The former scientist pointed out that although CFE presents a very different financial situation from Pemex and that it has even been successful in its financing model, the company is intended to lead the energy transition.

"So, our objective particularly at CFE is the energy transition, to further strengthen renewable energy sources from different mechanisms," he said.

He explained that what he proposed since the campaign still stands, which is to keep 54% of generation in the hands of the Mexican State and 46% in the hands of the private sector.

He asks that mistrust not be generated
In the face of growing uncertainty about the future of autonomous bodies in Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum called for calm, assuring that these entities will not disappear, but will be absorbed by federal agencies.

According to Sheinbaum, the reforms necessary for the transition of these autonomous bodies will be addressed after the reforms to social support.

"First we will address the judiciary, indigenous issues and social ranks. Later, we will be reviewing the others," he said, outlining a plan that seems to prioritize social reforms over the administrative restructuring of the next federal government.

Mexico, without strategic storage of natural gas: Rystad Energy
The winter storm affecting Texas revived fears of the suspension of natural gas shipments to Mexico, a country that does not have strategic storage to deal with the emergency, and that the development of salt caverns remained on paper.

Erick Sánchez Salas, vice president for business development in Mexico and Central America at Rystad Energy, said that the development of natural gas infrastructure, gas pipelines, storage terminals and increased production are areas of opportunity for the country.

Rystad Energy in Mexico

Although the Ministry of Energy (Sener) has classified nine candidate fields for storing natural gas within them, the government is not moving forward on the issue, leaving no strategic reserves of said fuel.

Of the nine fields evaluated by Sener and identified as suitable, six are physically located in Veracruz. The fields are:

- Jaf.
- Obertura.
- Vistoso.
- Lizamba.
- Chilapilla.
- José Colomo.
- Brasil.
- Apertura.
- Papán.

Erick Sánchez Salas recalled that these projects were planned and scheduled, but when the current administration came to power, they were cancelled.

“Mexico has fields, mainly in the field called Brazil, where caverns have been identified that are sufficient and would allow the development of storage infrastructure.” The specialist pointed out that this gives signs that investments by private parties should be stimulated or allowed and encouraged for storage in any of its forms, such as import terminals or in this case salt caverns, and give the government more alternatives for resilience in issues of this nature.

Regarding reducing dependence on natural gas imports by increasing production, this remains the safest option in terms of energy security, but it has not been done so far, “it is something long-term that requires much larger investments.”

“It is very likely that we will see this on a more continuous basis, whether due to the issue of cold waves or the issue that has to do with climate change. We are no longer talking about global warming, it is the extremes, the droughts that affect hydroelectric plants or cold waves that increase demand. When we have droughts, it affects the generation base and cold waves affect demand.

Wil,
said speaking events where in Mx, was in reference to NG infrastructure and in front of Mx Players?
If so, would that be evidence of the originally legitimacy or part of da overall potential bold scam?
That replacement disaster video last year is still odd Imo if nothing was to it?
this is not to say that shenanigans have not been in play, was Imo, but was it a means to the end of a legit deal or scam from da beginning?
after years of this, I have my thoughts, but a conclusive finality would be nice soon.
either way, this sux!
lol
Cheers

Well MM that certainly was a well thought out reply.Thank you. .MY biggest hope is Ward treats Mexico with more respect than he does his shareholders..According to Sergio Chapa, his demeanor at speaking events was one of arrogance and a desperate need to rehydrate..
At this point we only have a few more months to officially know our fate( I have already made my decision)..A few of us here have retraced texts and phone calls we had with the CEO and man o man, the scam part (or pure BS) sure was apparent..At this point(2024) I really don't see how or what Ward knows that no else does..
This is a case where Mexico is far smarter than ole Waldo.. My example of this is Mexico keeping Romero in his position and not even entertaining replacing him..especially with Wards(friend)... Heck, Ward just hasn't got the message after 20 plus years of pushing his superior intelligence on them..Corporate names like Tidelands and Mirage probably set off red flags within Mexican government..
So are you implying at best, Ward might be a technical advisor?
My contact recently told me nat gas storage is going to happen..But he did not want to elaborate..
Time will tell and thanks again

Yes sir! I do still have my fingers crossed. I keep going back to how Silva said they have the “technologist.”

https://energiaadebate-com.translate.goog/concluira-tamaulipas-este-ano-estudios-tecnicos-para-almacenamiento-de-gas-en-campo-brasil/?_x_tr_sl=es&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=wapp

When I saw Geostock was involved, that was a bit of a scare at first. But I don’t think the sole technologist would be Geostock since they were brought on in Feb 2024 (https://mexicobusiness.news/energy/news/sedener-tamaulipas-signs-agreement-geostock)
and they intend to be done with the technical aspect and part of the permits by the end of this year.

I’ve looked into it, and from what I see it seems that Geostock’s role tends to be more of a support and assistance type of job. This document lists many projects they’ve been involved in, and they have never been the sole developers on a project - other companies have always been involved.

https://www.geostockgroup.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/rapport_annuel_2021.pdf

For example, with their other project in Mexico - the Shalapa LPG storage, they provided assistance for Cydsa.

Look at the bottom paragraph of this article describing the multiple companies involved in this Turkey natural gas storage project.

https://www.hydrocarbons-technology.com/projects/tuz-golu-underground-gas-storage-project/

With a project the size of the Brasil field, I’d imagine there would similarly be enough room for multiple groups, organizations, and companies to be involved.

As of June they were in "the stage of basic engineering development and permit management before federal instances."

https://www-elsoldetampico-com-mx.translate.goog/local/regional/cenagas-impulsa-tres-proyectos-de-gas-en-tamaulipas-con-inversion-de-2-mil-500-millones-de-pesos-12129650.html?_x_tr_sl=es&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=wapp

I believe they’re just creating some basic diagrams and specs, as well as working with the appropriate Mexican governmental organizations to work toward granting permits. Look at the “basic design” section of the Geostock website https://www.geostockgroup.com/expertises/ingenierie/#les-reconnaissances-complementaires

So I still have hope.

Or maybe it is a big scam. Guess we’ll see 🙂

NFE Targets First Altamira LNG Shipment by Mid-August

By Jacob Dick on August 05, 2024 at 1:35 p.m.

The first cargo of Texas natural gas liquefied in Mexico could be heading from the east coast to an import terminal on the country’s isolated Pacific Coast by mid-August, according to New Fortress Energy Inc. (NFE).

The company disclosed Friday it was expected to end the commissioning process of its 1.4 million metric tons/year (mmty) capacity Fast LNG (FLNG) facility offshore Altamira by Aug. 9. After commissioning ends, NFE expects its first cargo to be loaded on the Energos Princess and delivered to the Pichilingue liquefied natural gas import terminal in La Paz on Mexico’s Pacific Coast.

NFE has a supply agreement with Mexico’s Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) to provide up to 0.3 mmty of LNG to the import terminal in southern Baja California. A non-free trade agreement permit for NFE’s FLNG projects and proposed onshore trains at Altamira are currently paused by the U.S. Department of Energy, limiting exports to the company’s customer base in North America, the Caribbean and South America.

“Being able to supply our customers with our own LNG has been a goal for the company for many years,” CEO Wes Edens said. “Natural gas and power supply are critical components of a sustainable, affordable and cleaner energy system and we are grateful to now be able to provide an end-to-end solution for our customers.”

Following its first shipment, NFE said the unit will undergo scheduled maintenance for several days before ramping up to full production by the end of the month.

Adbutler in-article ad placement
NFE updated its target for the first LNG cargo shipment last month after disclosing it had reached first production at the facility. Delays in installation and a malfunction in April have pushed the project’s timeline by several months.

In July, the company closed a $700 million loan for a second FLNG unit, being developed in partnership with CFE. Completion of the second unit was targeted for the first half of 2026.

The FLNG units and successive onshore phases are supplied feed gas by CFE’s gas marketing arm, CFEnergía, from the Agua Dulce Hub in South Texas via the Valley Crossing pipeline. CFE transports volumes on the Sur de Texas-Tuxpan pipeline.

NGI’s forward fixed prices at Agua Dulce for September delivery were $1.598/MMBtu as of Friday. Summer 2025 prices were trading at $2.535. Agua Dulce basis prices were quoted 46 cents below Henry Hub for summer 2024, and 49.3 cents below the benchmark for summer 2025.

Of course CMW did (and does) - that us why of all possible names, CMW named his latest scam MIRAGE Energy.

He has nothing butt CONtempt for anyone who buys shares in this scam.

CONmen loooooove pulling the con. Scammers celebrate putting scams over on victims. Grifters are proud of their grifting skills and lying prowess.

Naming this scam vehicle MIRAGE was CMW's in-your-face scamming. For his next act, he should name the next scamming vehicle ITSA Scambro, Inc. and he will prolly still find buyers for his PPs and receptive ears (and open wallets) for his bullshit stories.
