Major league Football Executive Ivory Sully Named Honorary Captain for the University of Delaware

WILMINGTON, DE, United States, via ETELIGIS INC., 10/15/2014 - - Universal Capital Management (OTC Pink: MLFB) (PINKSHEETS: MLFB) announces that Ivory Sully was honored by his alma mater, the University of Delaware, on Saturday (Oct. 11) as an honorary captain for the football team and participated in the opening coin toss for their game against Elon College. He graduated from the university in 1979 and played running back under coach Tubby Raymond, who Ivory was able to reunite with before Saturday's game.

Ivory credits coach Raymond with instilling the drive and attitude for success he exhibits in everything that he does. He encouraged the boosters and players to build the Delaware they would like to represent and bring the winning tradition back to the school. Mr. Sully was also reminded of one of the main reasons he works with Major League Football, to give players that have the heart and work ethic a real chance at attaining their dreams.

Giving others a chance to live their dream is incredibly important to Mr. Sully because he almost did not get that chance. Ivory was a walk on to the University of Delaware squad that eventually rose to be a starter. He faced more adversity in his transition to the NFL. Ivory was signed as an undrafted free agent to the Los Angeles Rams and switched to cornerback. Despite never playing the position before, Ivory became a starter yet again and went on to have a successful nine year career in the NFL.

Mr. Sully believes that Major League Football will give players in situations similar to his own another avenue to make a difference. The number of slots in the NFL every year is incredibly limited. This leads to many good players being lost to the league because they need time to develop and grow into their talent. The MLFB gives players a new avenue to improve their skills and make a name and impact on a national stage.
