Well I likely will surprise a few with what I have to say. It's not clear to me that the company is dead, but I do feel there are financial concerns, perhaps serious, but it's not new. It looks like it was on life support in 2020 when Chris Diamantis rescued it for whatever reason.

That seems to me to be a good entry, right above recent prior support (10.50) and that breakout above 10 which stood for a long time until it was broken to the upside and now serves as rigid support. Good luck with that entry !!!
