On August 18, 2011, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the
District of Colorado issued an Order approving the Disclosure
Statement filed by Kolorfusion International, Inc.,
(PINKSHEETS:KOLR) in its pending Chapter 11 bankruptcy case and has
scheduled a hearing on approval of its Amended Plan of
Reorganization for September 26, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. MT in Courtroom
C502, Byron C. Rogers Courthouse, Denver, Colorado. Any objections
to approval of the pending Amended Plan of Reorganization filed by
Kolorfusion International, Inc. are due by September 19, 2011.
