Corp. (OTC PINK:( IFBC) effected a
Reverse Merger in 2015. As a result of this Reverse Merger, IFBC,
through its direct and indirect subsidiaries, is in the business of
manufacturing, exporting, importing, selling and distributing wine
and various food products. The Company and its subsidiaries have
established headquarters, offices and warehouses in several
countries throughout the world, including Italy, Singapore,

Over
the past six months, IFBC has entered into several Agreements which
will allow it to significantly expand its food and beverage
operations:
- In early November, 2015, IFBC signed an
Agreement with La
Giubi srl, a company which has been chosen to
represent the project "Path of Peace" for the Vatican's
Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy, to provide food trucks during the
current Jubilee. As a partner in this project, IFBC will supply up
to 100 food trucks, known as "Ape," to provide food and drink to
the many pilgrims attending the Vatican's celebration during the
period of December 8, 2015 through August 8th, 2016

- In early December, 2015,
IFBC and The
Foundation Campagna Amica, signed an Agreement to
position as many as 1,036 food stands inside various markets
throughout those cities in Italy where Campagna Amica has a
presence. The potential for IFBC is to be situated in over

- In mid-December, 2015, IFBC entered in an
Agreement with Brand Out, Inc., one of Italy’s
premier booking companies, to provide IFBC with the food stands
necessary to service the aforementioned Agreements. As a
consequence of this new arrangement, IFBC will significantly
increase its revenues by supplying food and beverages to all the
