HeadsUp Entertainment International Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HDUP), along with Solengo Capital Advisors, Sterling Promotions and American Dream Presents, announce a major professional boxing event to be held at the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on March 11, 2011. "Reign in the Ring" will be a nationally and internationally televised pay-per-view boxing event with full details of the card being released at a press conference in Las Vegas later this week.

In addition to the boxing event, a poker tournament series branded the Mega Stack Knockout Series will be held from March 10-13th which will include a major charity event. The company will also be hosting an exclusive after fight party with a number of special guests as part of the weekend's list of events. The card will be televised live on pay-per-view in the United States and Canada and on a tape delay basis internationally. The suggested price is $24.99 for the card, which will be available through cable and satellite providers.
