Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) -- After months of working independently with Louis Restivo as a consultant, Hall of Fame Beverages has reached a tentative deal with Biagio Cru to work exclusively with Hall of Fame Beverages' products. The two companies will sign a deal in the next few weeks cementing Biagio Cru as the company's Master Broker. In that role, Biagio Cru will assist in the growth and distribution of the tea by presenting the product to its third party wholesalers and distribution network partners.

Both Hall of Fame and Biagio Cru have already started working together since meeting last week at the wine distributor's corporate offices in New York. Dr. Vincent Restivo is the Director of Corporate Relations at Biagio Cru and Estate Wines and says, "We have a strong document in place now from which both companies can operate, and we'll solidify the deal in the next thirty days." Hall of Fame Beverages CEO Steve Hendricks says, "Biagio Cru has a great record of growth since it began back in 1998. We will benefit from their network, and by working with their entire operation, we look forward to realizing our goal of national distribution. Biagio Cru is distributing nationwide, in Canada and in several other international locations, so this deal only strengthens Hall of Fame."

Both companies will operate under a strictly business relationship, and Biagio Cru is not responsible for Hall of Fame's business, share price, or any activities relating to its shareholders. Elmira Distributing Company, out of Elmira, New York, had been waiting for the two companies to come to an agreement to begin distributing the sweet tea it had previously purchased. Elmira's trucks have been busy since given the go-ahead and have started placing the product in stores in Pennsylvania and New York.

Hall of Fame Beverages is pleased to announce that two new chains have joined in carrying Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea. Dandy Mini Mart throughout New York and Pennsylvania will be selling the tea, and 27 stores already have received the product. The Buyer for Foodtown Supermarkets in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania has accepted Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea, and the chain is working with Biagio Cru to receive the tea. Steve Hendricks says, "I have several meetings to set Foodtown up on the quarterly features it wants to put in place in its different locations, so we're moving fast to get them selling our products." Foodtown Supermarkets will carry Hall of Fame's sweet tea in 56 locations, including 18 stores in New York, 31 stores in New Jersey, and seven stores in Pennsylvania. In an update on the company's animated Grand Ma Ma commercial campaign with former NBA player Larry Johnson, Slappy Studios is expected to turn the commercial over to Hall of Fame before Thanksgiving. The company will start airing the commercial regionally sometime between Thanksgiving and the New Year. The campaign will air on ESPN, BET, MTV and other popular cable outlets in areas of the country currently selling Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea and those areas receiving the tea in the coming weeks. Hall of Fame will make arrangements for its shareholders not located in a region currently selling products to see the commercial.

An update on which hotels have agreed to carry Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea will be released sometime in the next two weeks.

Also the company will begin its second production run in early 2011.

Hall of Fame Beverages' accounting firm is working to complete the company's 3rd Quarter filing on time. The filing will be released immediately upon completion, and if the company should need an extension, it will file immediately upon notification from the accounting firm.
