Hall of Fame Beverages (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) is anxious to update current and future shareholders as well as the general public to the status of the "Caveat Emptor" associated with the Company in relationship to Pink Sheets Llc. The Company has successfully completed all relative filings and said filings have been uploaded by Pink Sheets. On Monday, May 17th, 2010, the company's legal representative plans to submit the completed legal opinion letter stating that all relative information is true and correct to the best of the knowledge of everyone involved. The said opinion letter is necessary to have the "Caveat Emptor" removed by Pink Sheets. "The Company has been informed that once the legal opinion is accepted by Pink Sheets Llc., the 'Caveat Emptor' should be removed within a few working days," states Larry Twombly (CEO, Hall of Fame Beverages). Mr. Twombly goes on to state: "We realize that this process has been a long and arduous one and has taken longer than anticipated. Throughout this whole process we felt it far more important to the well being of the shareholders to be thorough and correct rather than quick and hasty. I am finally comfortable saying that I feel the removal of the 'Caveat Emptor' is imminent."
