GSLO Has Secured Apple Peel 520 Units to Be Used as Demos for Potential National Distributors

GoSolarUSA (Pink Sheets:GSLO) announced today that its representative in China has received recently manufactured Apple Peel 520 units from Yosian that will be used to demonstrate the revolutionary new product to potential nationwide U.S. distributors. As part of GSLO’s marketing plan for the Apple Peel 520, the Company plans to continue communications with Micro Center and is hopeful to forge marketing alliances with large retail distributors such as Radio Shack (NYSE: RSH), Best Buy (NYSE: BBY), Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT), and Fry’s Electronics.

The Apple Peel 520 is a new wireless device that adds mobile voice and text messaging capabilities to Apple’s iPod Touch media player. The gadget slips over the iPod Touch’s case and includes a battery, dock connector and SIM card. Once the proper software is installed, the Apple Peel adds the ability to make voice calls and text messages to all versions of the Touch. The startling new technology represents a more affordable alternative to purchasing Apple’s costlier iPhone. GoSolarUSA inked a funding option agreement with Yosian, the developer of the Apple Peel, earlier this month.

During an online presentation earlier this month, Apple CEO Steve Jobs claimed that the company has sold 275 million iPods since the device’s release. The iPod Touch is Apple’s newest and most advanced model, reinventing the iconic media player into a pocket computer. GoSolarUSA announced last week that development is expected to begin soon on adapting the device for use with Apple’s recently released iPod Touch 4G.
