Oh well, there is always "Del Boca Vista Water Company" to hang your hat on...LOL As a joke I tried to buy the web site on go daddy because it was EXPIRED and godaddy gave then 24 hour notice to renew which they did. I also contacted the company via e-mail 5 times.... no response. The Officers and the fraudsters here and on X should be in jail.

Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. returns AI Commerce stock back to the Company Treasury

New York, NY, Aug. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (GTII: OTC) Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. (“GTII” or “The Company”), www.gtii-us.com, announced today that the AI Commerce Group (“AI”), an acquisition target that entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement (“MIPA”) with the Company in August of 2023 has not fulfilled its promised deliverables, and is in breach of the agreement. Therefore, in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement entered into by the parties on August 18, 2023, which held twenty million (20,000,000) shares of the Company’s common stock to be dispersed to the members of AI upon their successful fulfillment of the agreement, the Company has instructed the Escrow Agent to return the twenty million (20,000,000) shares of GTII common stock back to the Company treasury.

As such the transaction, having been breached by AI, is terminated. The AI Commerce Group no longer has any potential interest in the GTII Common Stock under the agreements.

I am glad you made $$ in GTII but you don't understand that just because you made $$ does not negate the fact they committed fraud. In the financial industry, i have seen brokers disciplined /thrown out of industry for 'churning" an account or doing "Unauthorized trades". In many cases, they actually made the clients money but it was still fraud. And there are many people who were not as fortunate. Hence look at class actions against 'Roaring Kitty"... not everybody made $$ while he was offering investment advice without knowing a thing about the financial situations of investors nor without permission of his firm.

The lowest it has gone is between 7 - 8 cents. Currently the GTII share price has stabilized between 10 - 12 cents, that IMHO could possibly be the bottom and IMHO could take off from here. IMHO I strongly believe that the Alpine / Kramer bankruptcies might be close or might have already happened, maybe it is not public information. If that is true then now DTCC has to start covering the naked short shares, maybe they are trying to figure out how and when to start covering GTII naked shares as they have to clean up the mess IMHO as per law. So a MOASS could happen suddenly with a burst of high volume and volatility. This also applies to DBMM and other Alpine/Kramer naked shorted stocks. All comments / thoughts are welcome. JMHO

GTII is a very sweet LOTTO play, ranging from sub-pennies to 1 to 2 cents, that is an awesome buy and potential big profit play. JMHO

Sorry was out you can get it through your broker they will put the order for you as for my case Schwab will do it but you must have a position as i know you cant buy and sell through street smart? you have to call it in .

He is not buying them. on the expert market its strictly for market makers. you can SELL but most firms will not allow new positions. WHY? because the last thing they want is a position in a penny (soon to be sub penny) stock that sits on their books for years and accumulates DTC Custody fees and there is really no way to sell the stock (especially once this gets frozen) and then you cant sell, client disappears and monthly custody fees accumulate and client is not sending in any $$ to pay for it. This was actually the basis for Alpines case and fees levied. They had thousands of accounts that were costing them $180k per month,,,hence they did their crazy stuff and the rest is history. Before 'Getthem' yells and screams I don't know what Im talking about (again) when DTC enters a Universal Freeze, you cant even transfer stock out. Don't believe me? fine but since the stock was over $1.80 been telling the truth over and over and over again.
