Geopulse Exploration, Inc. (OTC Pink: GPLS) announced today that upon the acquisition of Dakota Energy Resources Corporation on December 13, 2013, Craig Osterhoudt was appointed as its President and Treasurer, and Mark Childs was appointed as its Secretary. Both Mr. Osterhoudt and Mr. Childs were also appointed as Directors, constituting the entire board of directors.

Mr. Osterhoudt and Mr. Childs issued this joint statement, “We are thrilled to be a part of Geopulse. Dakota Energy Resources Corporation is an oil field company with operations currently in the Bakken Shale region of North Dakota, with plans to expand into Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. We operate in the oilfield services business which includes oil field fluid transportation, fluid transfers, oil field chemical distribution and transportation, fresh water sales and transportation, water pipeline set up, maintenance, and relocation. We further want to clarify that we have been made aware of potentially misleading and inaccurate press releases by prior management of Geopulse, ranging from August 30, 2010 to April 10, 2012, and that the common stock was delisted from the OTC Bulletin Board on September 21, 2012 because of concerns over the content of the press releases. We were not involved with the company at that time, and the business of the company at the time was completely different than our business now. We don’t have any way to confirm or verify factual statements made in those press releases, and we wish to disclaim responsibility, on behalf of ourselves and Geopulse, for the contents of those press releases. We are in the process of getting our financial statements audited so that we can become a fully-reporting company, we have retained quality advisors and professionals, we believe in transparency, and we could not be more excited to be a part of Geopulse.”

The Company strongly advises anyone against making any investment decisions based on any news disseminated to the public by Geopulse between August 30, 2010 and April 10, 2012. This information was not issued by current management, we cannot confirm its validity, and is not reflective of our current business operations or business model.
