This one here is a hidden gem. Market cap and share structure is so ridiculously low. These guys are up to something big. 2 months ago they file 15-12g form and went unnoticed by investors. normally I see stocks that file this skyrocket immediately because filing a 15-12g sometimes is an indication that a reverse merger is in the works. Could this stock be setting up for a merger? Float on this one is just 19 Million .

Well that tells me the tail of two cities, a past long when it was over ten cents, and got badly burned on the sell off, that does suck, been there done that with many of these OTC stocks, you have to date them like the girl you would never take home, and as soon as one date goes bad lose their number, and only date them when they look like look like and act like they want to give you a good time.

England feels it's not that big a deal. Beta radiation is electrons, which are stopped by human skin......lol:
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has put in place an exemption from the requirement to perform a prior notification of specified work under the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 where the only work with ionising radiations is the handling, use, holding, storage, transport and disposal of lamps containing Kr-85.
This exemption is conditional and only applies where the total radioactive content of Kr-85 in lamps at premises under the control of the radiation employer or in a vehicle under the control of the radiation employer is 200 MBq or less (<2E+08 Bq Kr-85). 200 MBq Kr-85 equates to about 40,000 lamps so if you only have a few Kr-85 lamps then the exemption is likely to apply to your business.
A copy of the exemption certificates covering the UK are available below:
“The Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 Certificate of Exemption No 1 of 2013”
“The Ionising Radiations Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 Certificate of Exemption No 1 of 2013”

Radioactive Bulbs! Good find man!
... Therefore, due to the economic gain accrued as a result of the violation, and to emphasize the significance of deliberate violations and the importance of compliance with regulatory requirements, a Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty (Notice) in the amount of $43,500 (three times the base civil penalty amount of $14500) is being issued. In addition, issuance of this Notice constitutes escalated enforcement action, which may subject Solis Tek to increased inspection effort....
So, this is a very serious matter

NRC PROPOSED ENFORCEMENT ACTION
https://www.nrc.gov/docs/ML1911/ML19114A261.pdf
the NRC considers your actions regarding the violation for failure to obtain a license to be willful. Specifically, on a number of occasions, staff from the New Jersey Bureau of Environmental Protection and from the NRC provided Solis Tek with information regarding the existence of regulatory requirements and identified the need for Solis Tek to meet these requirements. However, despite Solis Tek’s awareness of these requirements, Solis Tek failed to pursue necessary action to ensure compliance. Willful violations are of significant concern to the NRC because the NRC’s regulatory programs rely upon the integrity of entities, applicants, and licensees to comply with NRC regulations and requirements.
