NEW YORK, Nov. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Gemini Group Global Corp. (OTC: GMNI), announces formation of new G3 Opportunity Fund (G3OF).

According to the offering, G3OF intends to invest between $50,000.00 and $250,000.00 in freely tradable shares of micro-cap companies. These investments must meet a specific criteria including share price and average trading volume. In addition, the underlining company must have an operating business and cannot be deemed a shell.

"Daily, we are shown investment opportunities for trading large, non-controlled blocks of micro-cap companies at a trading discount to the current market price.
