Pursuant to the company’s move to acquire UMMC, on March 1, 2023, Alpha ridge Capital entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Kuldip Singh, the control person for UMMC to sell to him 500shares of the company’s special 2021 series A preferred shares, which controls 60% of the total voting powers of the company. Subsequent to the SPA, the company also entered into an acquisition agreement with UMMC.

Once buyers and sellers have completed their due diligence, the deal will close and both company’s financial statements shall be consolidated. After closing the UMMC acquisition, the company plans on making other acquisitions of medical facilities Real Properties and other hospital and doctors’ offices operations as time and resources permits. Subsequent to the execution of the SPA, Mr. Kuldip Singh was appointed as President of the company.

Nothing was ever really stated on intentions but the hospital had issues with its old CEO not sure if Singh is just planning to turn it around or what. They used to be prominent in Houston and pull in 100s of millions. Don’t think that’s the case anymore

Usually when things start moving a pr is soon released. Hopefully this begins

To show that .0002s are selling. Most .0000 traders are too lazy to look at time and sales and see that someone paid 20 cents for 1000 .0002s and just sold 1 million shares for $100. It gives the illusion that there is real activity at .0002, when there is not.
