I don't think it's over as I believe it to be the beginning based on the merger still has to be completed as it stated in the press release as "definitive"

So what I do see is bid support at .08 New 52 week high hit and news to come. All Facts
Announcements and milti million share trading and I see a huge short cover. Time will tell.

Yeah I agree, very simple really, if the new company merging in has real revenue and then the combined org grows revenue for a few quarters and they go to uplist it could be a much lower split.

I think the shorters might get a bit of a squeeze

I am holding long and waiting on updates from the company to make a move informed decision on my investment here

I will say most OTC company aren't real companies with real revenues. So they basically go through the process your mentions of reverse splitting the re diluting the stock and then reverse splitting with no real revenues.
Time will tell with how this plays out but I noticed that the mention in there press release that they would do "up to a 25 to 1 reverse split".
That tells me that it is a possibility worse case scenario as PPS will dictate that upon the move to up listing to a another exchange. That being said PPS will be dictated by what the company is doing in actual revenues.
However, we will still need to see them close on the merger first then see there business plan and numbers they post in there filings.
So it is still to early to say which way this will go.
We will know more as they make future announcements about the endeavor.

If you hold here below .02, you should have taken the profit. Reverse Split coming. I have no sympathy for OTC scum who R/S

Seems like someone caught without shares trying to stall it.

Over 4 million traded last week on Thursday and Friday. In DTC only 33 million free trading. Everything else is locked up tight.
The shares in DTC are held by long term investors and not traders. Short now and get burned as this ride is just starting. We will see if the bids hold up. BioRegenx, Inc is no BS and company make tons of money. Read up on them.
Call the company as they pick up the phone. I expect to see up listing down the road to Nas. New investors on two solid real companies. Key here is buy for your self down low here under .50 and then tell your friends. So glad to be onboard here. We are in the medical business now. Amazing job the new president has done to grow the business correctly and professionally. My Hat is off to him. What a way to start off the new year.
