French banking group Credit Agricole SA (ACA.FR) doesn't intend to raise its stake in French investment holding company Eurazeo SA (RF.FR) beyond 20% of the capital or 25% of the votes, a bourse regulatory statement Friday shows.

The statement from the Autorite des Marches Financiers says the country's second-largest bank has reduced its voting rights in Eurazeo to 24.07%, largely through the dissolution of a previous shareholders pact.

Credit Agricole, which is a longtime shareholder of reference in Eurazeo, has retained its 18.2% share of the company's capital, the statement shows.

Credit Agricole also doesn't intend to seek any changes to the balance of representation on Eurazeo's board of supervisors, the filing shows.

Credit Agricole is a bourse listed mutual bank and said in its filing that neither it nor its affiliates are acting in concert with other Eurazeo shareholders.
