Entertainment Arts Research Inc. and its subsidiary Twilight 22 Studio, both based in Atlanta, Georgia, are in pre-production on an original third person action thriller IP called Fire Wire District 22� driven by artistic creativity and advanced technology.

Entertainment Arts Research Inc. is an Atlanta-based video game publisher and interactive entertainment virtual world developer founded in 2000 by Professor Joseph Saulter. A full time faculty member at the Art Institute of Atlanta, Saulter is also the CEO and Founder of Entertainment Arts Research . Saulter was featured in the October 2006 issue of Ebony magazine as "Who's Who in the Technology Boom". He is also the author of the book "Introduction to Game Design and Development" published by McGraw-Hill.
