engagement, jointly announced that they have entered into a
Technology License and Development Agreement pursuant to which
Total Communicator Solutions will develop and license its mobile
augmented reality (AR) platform and mobile communication platform
solution to ENGA, and develop a commercially ready AR mobile
browser, app and client management system for ENGA.
