(b) Resignation of Director

On May 12, 2023, Paul Patrizio, a member of the board of directors of DriveItAway Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he is resigning from his position as director with the Company effective as of the close of business on May 31, 2023. Mr. Patrizio’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
