PINK:DSCR) would like to update all current shareholders regarding the Press
Release disseminated August 13, 2013 in which the company announced the
potential issuance of Anti-Dilutive Convertible Preferred Shares to confirmed
shareholders in street name. Pursuant to our previously stated release the
Board of Directors and Corporate Counsel have since reviewed the required
regulatory process, procedures and filing obligations necessary to complete
this proposed issuance and have deemed that the company will be unable to meet
the requirements to fulfill this action at this time. Discovery?s CEO, Russell
