I bought into both EVIO and DIGIPATH back 2016 when the pot sector looked to be going legit. Infrastructure was my thought. Testing labs, how can this go wrong?
Currently losing most on both, thanks. And curious to see they have now found each other....Who's the winner or leader between the two, I wonder.
Doing lots better on IIPR, in contrast. Overall, interesting emerging sector study, this. And I'll be posting this text to IHUB DIGI, too. Bet I'm not alone in being in both among the IHUB faithful.
cheers,
p

Iβve been watching the stock for a while now, I donβt think anything will really happen until legalization in the U.S, the testing tech is pretty sweet , the departed ceo showed me a video and pretty unreal, said he doesnβt see digp goin anywhere anytime soon, as in like going under, so thatβs a good thing
Also, Leslie bocskor, INQD new ceo and also managing partner at electrum partners also signed letter of intent to become partners in a new venture with Fincann , News was out today and there is info on inqd 10Q I do believe, getting off topic I only brought him up because he is very reputable and in one of his latest Interviews he mention DIGP and how the cannabis world and testing will be massive and heβd like to partner or work with them in some way, hope any of this info helps

Digipath to Import & Export Cannabis Genetics via Health Canada R&D License
9:00 am ET April 15, 2020 (Globe Newswire) Print
via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Digipath, Inc. (OTCQB: DIGP) ("DIGP" or the "Company"), a leading independent analytical testing laboratory, data analytics and technology firm focused on the cannabis and hemp markets, is pleased to report that it has been granted permission to import and export non-psychoactive genetics from Health Canada via the Company's wholly owned subsidiary VSSL Enterprises Ltd.
The import permits will enable the Company to import CBD and CBG seeds and grow them at three sites for the purpose of demonstrating that they are compliant, and to subsequently register them to Health Canada's list of approved cultivars for worldwide export and distribution. It will also allow the Company to import unique Genetics expressing CBG and CBN.
"This permission essentially gives our Company the ability to interact and engage with a global network of companies in the international cannabis economy and to greatly accelerate our penetration into new markets," said Kyle Remenda, CEO, Digipath, Inc. "The company will be growing a variety of approved cultivars under the existing Research and Development license, with an ultimate goal of registering the genetics within the legal framework of Health Canada and to sell them to hemp producers, not only outdoor cannabis cultivations."

Looks like the reports of DIGP's death were overstated...
Digipath Obtains Health Canada R&D License for Cannabis Strain Development and Sales
9:00 am ET March 24, 2020 (Globe Newswire)
License Comes Via Recent Acquisition of VSSL Enterprises Ltd.
via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Digipath, Inc. (OTCQB: DIGP) ("DIGP" or the "Company"), a leading independent analytical testing laboratory, data analytics and technology firm focused on the cannabis and hemp markets, is pleased to report that it has received a Research and Development license to cultivate cannabis via an approval provided by Health Canada to the Company's recently acquired VSSL Enterprises Ltd.
VSSL's management team, including Kyle Remenda and Dr. Philippe Henry have joined Digipath's management team as CEO and Chief Technology Officer, respectively.
The Research and Development (R&D) license will enable the Company to cultivate cannabis at three field sites with 2,000 plants at a time per site, and one lab where the genetics can be grown via tissue culture. Digipath will use the R&D license to focus on stabilizing prized elite genetics and developing novel cannabis genetics using a combination of standard breeding and biotech tools. Once the Company has developed something novel, characterized imported seeds, or improved on existing genetics, the Company can apply to Health Canada for a sales amendment to sell the product of its R&D in legal markets.
"We are pleased to have secured the permission from Health Canada and to expand Digipath's efforts internationally," stated Kyle Remenda, CEO, Digipath, Inc. "We can combine the experience and knowledge bases of VSSL and Digipath to pursue the opportunity with greater vigor and to greatly expand future opportunities for the Company and to the benefit of its shareholders."
"I would also like to remind our shareholders that we continue to support the Nevada cannabis industry with testing and quality control as they are permitted to sell via delivery services through Nevada's temporary shutdown of non-essential businesses," added Remenda.

There is a poster, Gailm, who has suggested that Digipath is out of business; that employees have sold stock. This is not true
Digipath is up, running, in good standing with the SEC, the state of Nevada, all licenses are in good standing, their ISO certification has been re-certified.
the company's outstanding staff are using public health protocols to continue to provide testing and Certificates of Analysis to dispensaries. without a CoA, medical or recreational cannabis cannot be sold.
medical patients rely on this as the only legal way to purchase medical cannabis.
best regards,
