--German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom is preparing to sell its Dutch subsidiary T-Mobile, business newspaper Financieele Dagblad reports, citing unnamed sources.

--The price could be as high as EUR5 billion, according to one person, and the sale would be the biggest deal in the Netherlands' telecoms sector in years, FD reports.

--Deutsche Telekom is looking for a private-equity buyer, and big names like Apollo, Cinven, Providence and Warburg Pincus are among the interested parties, according to FD.
