The 58,000 barrel-a-day Delek Refinery in Tyler, Tx., owned and operated by Delek Group LTD. (DGRLY, DLEKG.TV, DLKGF), experienced a mechanical malfunction at the fluid catalytic cracking regenerator beginning March 16. The event caused excess emissions through March 18, according to the Texas Commission On Environmental Quality.
