Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (FRANKFURT: 4LQ) (www.dakshidin.com), producer of the world's most powerful water pumping windmill, is progressively moving forward.

As a result of the ongoing negotiations between Dakshidin and the Chinese Government, Dakshidin has now been invited by the City Directors of Economic Development to expand its operations in Liao Ning Province. This is the first step toward attaining the long term and mutually beneficial directives that have been discussed in these talks.

The focus of these negotiations has been to develop wind-farms to support the existing electricity generating infrastructure by utilizing the New Generation RESTEC Wind Turbine Technology that is currently under development, as well as to market the RESTEC Mark 10 water pumping windmill within the Liao Ning region. The government's interest stems directly from Dakshidin/RESTEC's patented, cost effective and efficient low wind speed technologies. Currently, China's water crises are worsening and the electricity consumption is increasing rapidly as the country's economic and population growth continues. The need in China for innovative, alternative energy product developments such as RESTEC's technologies is extremely vital to fulfill China's energy demand utilizing a clean, "green" energy source as mandated by their directives. Currently, Dakshidin is also reviewing the benefits of establishing a satellite manufacturing facility in this Province so as to more easily fill the upcoming demand from this area alone.
