COLUMBIA, S.C., Feb. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CMARK International, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: CMIT) a global provider of facility and logistic support services for government and commercial institutions has recently completed several food facility upgrade projects for U.S. Federal Office Buildings throughout the United States.  These projects ranged from $50,000 to $1,235,000, with the largest and most complex job being just completed this month at the Russell Federal building in Atlanta.  The final value of this project was approximately $1,235,000.00.

CMARK's architectural and engineering staff worked in conjunction with its jobsite general contractors as well as its own field production unit to design, renovate, and furnish a state of the art food facility.

CMARK International is a licensed architectural firm with a history of construction and design projects for U.S. government facilities throughout the United States.  "This public building job will rank as one more substantial design build project in our portfolio," says Charles Jones, Jr., President and CEO of CMARK.

"CMARK's business model has been to focus on full facility support including construction, food facility products, and furnishings to various U.S. Government market sectors including DOD bases, ships, hospitals, lodges, schools, prisons, as well as office buildings and court houses.

The non DOD office building and courthouse market sector is important in our growth plan.  The company has completed projects in this market sector throughout the United States over the past 10 years, including design build (general contracting and full architectural construction documents).  Some of the more substantial projects prior to this have been the new San Francisco Federal Building, and the Phoenix Federal Courthouse."

Providing a turn-key package of architectural design, building renovation, and installation of new equipment allows us to provide a relatively sophisticated package of value added design build projects to our customers worldwide.  This project further reinforces the expansion of our business model of a diverse but cohesive product offering, a variety of institutional market applications, and a broad geographic coverage."
