CMARK operates its contingency and disaster relief division out of its Mobile, Alabama office. This group managed contingency feeding programs that provided in excess of 500,000 meals on three contracts during hurricane Katrina over a four-month span. As part of this effort, the company has just added another complete high performance mobile field kitchen capable of feeding in excess of 10,000 people per meal based on FEMA's standard menu for contingency feeding. During Hurricanes Gustav and Ike that recently hit the Gulf Coast and Texas, CMARK was prepared to provide assistance if needed, and was on stand-by with FEMA. "We understand the urgency of a crisis situation and thus provide a full range of services, from setting up huge dining facilities, to providing and cooking food and complete on-site management," said Charles W.
