I'm afraid you're wrong again. What interests me is OTC Markets suddenly changing the "Expert Market" to the "Expert Restricted Market".
And it would also be nice to know why US brokers haven't allowed their customers to buy those Expert Market stocks since September 2021. I'd never looked to see if they explained. They don't, really. This is what they say:
Issuers of OTC equity securities that fail to make current financial and other information publicly available, are insolvent, are under regulatory investigation or suspension, or are otherwise not in compliance with public company reporting requirements may become restricted to the “Expert Market.” In the event an OTC equity security that you own or may own in the future is classified as an “Expert Market” security, you may be prevented from selling that OTC equity security and the value of your OTC equity security may be significantly negatively affected or eliminated entirely. Specifically, opening transactions in “Expert Market” securities are not permitted and closing transactions in “Expert Market” securities will only be permitted under limited circumstances, subject to certain qualifications and restrictions.

Look at this post: It was changed from "Expert Market" to "Expert Restricted Market" today:

And no, not "every security" should be allowed to trade freely. We have the SEC and other regulators to stop them if they're found to be providing no disclosure at all, or running scams. The SEC exists because before the crash of 1929, issuers were not required to make any kind of disclosure. It was decided the public needed to be protected.
The SEC is going after crypto stuff, a great deal of which is just junk.
The Expert (Restricted) Market is just a bunch of Grey Market stocks. But Greys could trade, though in a limited way. Since Rule 15c2-11 was amended, the only trades allowed by U.S. brokers are liquidations. No one seems to know who's responsible for that. But on this board, we do have one Canadian "investor". Some others still own stock they've had for years, but they aren't buying more,

I beg your pardon??? OTCM has SAID what it plans. And OTCM cannot just do what it damn please, as you appear to believe it can. It, like the companies that are its clients, is subject to SEC regulation. Whether it, or the companies, are SEC reporters or not.
What OTCM says is very specific. It has to be, because its announcements must be legally permissible. The law demands very specific language that is not susceptible of multiple definitions.
I'll repeat my suggestion that you take the trouble to understand how all this works.

Should get back to Pink trading again in 2025 with the new OTCM changes coming into play next year.
And why on earth do you think that? This is what OTC Markets Group says:
In July 2025, Pink Current will become OTCID – a Basic Reporting Market for companies that meet a minimal current information standard and provide management certification, without the qualitative standards of our OTCQX and OTCQB markets.
Engaged, transparent and compliant companies are better for public markets.
Issuers that do not provide updated information, ongoing reporting and the required management certifications will see their securities transition to the Pink Limited Market or to the Expert Restricted Market, whichever is applicable. This will make it clear that the issuer has no ongoing relationship with OTC Markets Group, while still allowing broker-dealers to serve clients willing to trade these securities. The “Pink” branding is well suited to warn investors of the potential for market imperfections, issuer information asymmetries and other risks of these orphaned securities.

CRGP will not be going anywhere.
Oh, by the way, Calissio's Nevada incorporation has been REVOKED.
