I don't think he cares that this is a long running offshore money laundering scam where a bunch of the insiders were named in SEC litigation but remain fugitives operating with impunity.

It even got promoted several times (including recently) by a reincarnation of the same stock promotion group that GS used to ambulance chase back in the day looking for a quick buck through self-serving lawsuits.

GS was probably hired by BIIO to help them get the CE removed - that and the name, George Sharp, now serves as promotion material - GS has essentially become the very same thing he used to "stand up against", helping the same bad people he used to "fight against".

GS probably told the BIIO insiders that he still has pull with the OTC Markets Group people.

Considering that NIHK still has the CE, I don't think he has as much pull with the OTC Markets Group people as he tries to make others believe.

And I wouldn’t be surprised if these dips were so that they could meet payroll. That appears to be there losses in there Q they posted last week.

Maybe, but I can’t invest in a company that’s made zero money in the last 6 months. Not to mention they have no email address, they don’t return calls and no site. This company is a scam.

I truly hope it all works out, I have thousands of shares of this stock. I just don't like the fact there is not much data on the company and what is their go forward plan.

Couple things my man. Terms are 10k as CONSIDERATION and payment of 1% of all royalties. Thats an investment that could mean huge over the years. Also, where they acquired this patent. Company and patent out of Israel.

I see you state that the stock is underpriced, because there is a legit patent, the issue I have is a 10K patent is nothing if nobody is not doing something with it. This shell company has no media or nothing related to the patent they're dark and silent unless you know more than I do?

This dude owned 80% of os per last annual. He filed form 3 showing 4 million shares in 2016 but nothing for the 13m shares he gave himself for salary compensation. I am sure he was behind something and the reason this was given stock promo and skull and bones. Also the price drop but I could be incorrect and will update if I find info.

This has real tech and patents here. Undervalued IMO.

I see why it dropped now. Insiders knew the company had literally $0.00 assets, $0.00 income for the first quarter but racked up $300k+ in expenses.

Also, they’ve been issuing notes and shares of stock to make there payroll lol

Out of every scenario or reason why this dropped, this being pumped is the least likely...

It’s one thing if this stocks average sat at .10 and it just shot up for a week then sold off, obvious P&D...

But that didn’t happen, this has traded for months over the last from anywhere between .50 to 2.00 and sat at the $1.00+ range for almost all that time.

just not moving the way we want, my opinion pennystock researchers hyped it up and then sold at the $2 peak

Dilution is obviously done, just look at the chart. Any news or group pump would send this over .40 cents easily. Still very low float. We just need volume to pick up

What do you mean no dilution? Show me actual proof of your no dilution over the last 5 days? The period where the stock dropped 98% in that time alone.

Never so called dilution whenever there are a lot of paid promotions as well as front and end loaders n sellers. NO DILUTION as shown on the filings as well.

Yeah, I’m sure the people who traded BL$P thought the exact same thing...it’s almost identical situations, management is terrible. If you haven’t noticed they are dumping, the small float will not be small come next week.

This things got a super low float, I’m sure it could easily get back to over .50 next week if the dilution is over with

I see it ran from .55 to $6.10 in a few weeks back in May of 2018. Maybe it will have a similar run here.
