FRANKFURT--Hugo Boss AG (BOSS.XE) said Wednesday one of Adidas
AG's former board members may become its new supervisory board
chairman.
Michel Perraudin, 68, was a member of Adidas's board for 16
years, leaving in 2005. In recent years he has worked at his own
consultancy company.
"I can now withdraw, being certain to have a successor who will
guarantee a successful future leadership of our company," said
current Hugo Boss supervisory board chairman Dr. Hellmut Albrecht,
referring to Mr. Perraudin.
Mr. Perraudin is one of four candidates named for the top
supervisory board position at Hugo Boss. The others are investment
banker Kirsten Kistermann-Christophe, Axel Salzmann, Chief
Financial Officer at Bilfinger SE (GBF.XE), and Hermann Waldemer,
former chief financial officer of Philip Morris International Inc.
(PM).
