BAE Systems Starts Search for New Chairman -Sky

--BAE Systems PLC has started a search to find a successor to
Sir Roger Carr, its current chairman who will step down in 2023,
Sky News reports.
--Board members at the defense contractor have begun
interviewing advisers about assisting with the recruitment process,
which is expected to last for up to two years, according to
Sky.
--The requirement for such a lengthy process is in part
necessitated by BAE's particular corporate governance framework,
Sky says.
