ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) today announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with KingRock Media of Salt Lake City under which ActionView will have the exclusive right to air KingRock produced MMA content over the Internet. KingRock Media is an extreme sport production company involved with hundreds of events every year across a spectrum including motocross, skateboarding, snowboarding, and mixed martial arts. Under the terms of the agreement, ActionView, through its subsidiary brand WCFC, has the exclusive right to broadcast via the Internet all MMA related events produced by KingRock. WCFC also has the right to broadcast the weekly sports talk radio program produced by KingRock that covers a variety of action sports topics including MMA. 

In addition, the contract provides for KingRock and WCFC to share pre-recorded MMA content which is to be converted into thirty-minute reality-type programming that will be aired on cable TV channels and available at www.wcfc.com as video-on-demand content.

Joe Wooten, Chief Executive Officer of ActionView, discussed what the agreement means to the WCFC. "Our business model is built on our ability to provide top quality, original MMA content to our members. Partnering with KingRock is a great opportunity to access not only an archive of great, never-before-seen MMA footage of some of the top athletes in the country, but also additional live MMA event broadcasts that will supplement our WCFC branded events.

"This agreement also promises to help us gain additional brand exposure as we take our previously broadcast events and repackage them as part of a reality series for cable TV outlets and sold into international markets where the demand for original MMA product continues to grow. This is an integral piece of our branding strategy for the WCFC and should lead to new advertising opportunities. Monetizing our brand through sponsors and advertising is key to our business model, with agreements such as this one with KingRock paving the way to increased exposure."
