STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Thursday that it has completed the acquisition of CVS Engineering GmbH, a German manufacturer of industrial vacuum pumps and compressors for use on tanker trucks and other types of transport.

CVS Engineering is headquartered in Rheinfelden, Germany, and has 76 employees. It had annual revenue of around 20 million euros ($22 million) in 2021.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
