TOKYO--All Nippon Airways Co. (9202.TO) said Friday that it cancelled a domestic flight of a Boeing Co. (BA) 787 Dreamliner due to a crack in the cockpit window.

A 787 jet flying from Tokyo landed at Matsuyama airport, Ehime prefecture in western Japan, with no passenger or flight crew injuries from the accident. The cause of the crack was unknown.

On Wednesday, ANA cancelled a domestic Dreamliner flight due to a glitch in the computer system that controls the braking functions.

That followed a fuel leak and an onboard equipment fire earlier this week in 787 jets operated by Japan Airlines Co. (9201.TO).
