Albkf ...Get in bad debts will be sold this quarter

ALBKF Greek bank has sold its bad debts. Up we go

Albky is a adr.
Albkf is regular shares.

I could be wrong. It takes 4 adr shares to equal 1 regular share I believe. I'm shocked because when I was looking for shares I could only find the adr.

I got them making a general assumption I could easily be wrong.

ALBKF or ALBKY.. What is the difference except for the amount of shares that are out...Is ALBKY warrants..,,Are they going to be doing reverse split

Price difference and ADR comes with a fee that is paid monthly. ADR is cheaper to purchase.

No longer reporting will result in their listing being categorized as such, their shares will still be traded however with greater scrutiny.

I also own NBGIf, I'm not sure how their decision to no longer report to the sec is going to effect the share. I also own some eurobank ADR and am looking to buy Alpha bank. which do you recommend the ADR or the S.A ? and what is the difference?

I own national bank of Greece but it doesn’t trade in the US anymore... My broker said that I have to pay around $250 US for them to sell it for me. Good thing the stock is moving up in Greece

Greece's Alpha Bank Is Said to Prepare $4 Billion Bad-Loan Sales

Greek lender Alpha Bank is preparing two non-performing loan sales that could remove as much as 3.5 billion euros ($4 billion) of bad debt from its balance sheet, according to two people familiar with the plans.

One of the portfolios, dubbed Neptune, comprises 1.5 billion euros of loans secured against assets of small and medium-sized enterprises, the people said, asking not to be named because the plans aren’t public. The bank is considering securitizing the debt but may also sell the loans outright, one of the people said.

The second package, known internally as Orion, amounts to 2 billion euros of securitized residential mortgages, the people said. Both the transactions are likely to be offered in the second half of 2019, they said.

An external spokesman for Alpha Bank in London declined to comment on the plans

Totally false. First of all it is a family business, after doing a forward split they ended up with 40 billion shares. When the Europe and Greece economy had to be restructure they hired KKR as an adviser. As of today they have 6 Billion shares but they are debt free of any bad loans. My suggestion to you is to cover your shorts because this going back to be worth over 50 Billion market cap. Stop making up stories and lies. Get your facts straight before you post.

BIIIG thing happened with euro bank. They bought back almost a billion worth of share from the government. I told people this would happen. This will also happen to us. They are going to cut down the share count dramatically, basically do what the US banks did and drive this puppy to 50 bagger land. Will take some time, but my god are we sitting on a monster.
