Explanation of Responses:

On March 29, 2020, Agentix Corp. ("Agentix") issued 150,000 shares of common stock to Michael Winterhalter in exchange and as compensation for Mr. Winterhalter providing book keeping, record keeping and accounting services to the Company from June 10, 2019 to March 27, 2020. On March 5, 2020 the closing bid price of Agentix's shares of common stock on the OTC Pink tier of the OTC Markets was $1.02 per share, at a volume of 202 shares.
