announced today that Nadim Wakeam has decided to resign from Western Troy, as of
February 7, 2014.


Mr. Wakeam is an attorney with the law firm Blaney McMurtry LLP in Toronto,
Canada. He is also Western Troy's corporate counsel and he will continue in that
role in the future.


Rex Loesby, Western Troy's CEO, commented, "Nadim has been a trusted advisor to
Western Troy for most of its existence. His experience in mining and securities
