VentriPoint Diagnostics Ltd. ("VentriPoint") (TSX VENTURE:VPT) today announced
that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Director Eldon
Smith, M.D., effective immediately. Dr. Smith has agreed to continue his
positive relationship with the Company on an advisory and consulting basis.
VentriPoint thanks Dr. Smith for his valuable contributions as a director of the
Board during VentriPoint's development stage and look forward to collaborating
with Dr. Smith, drawing upon his cardiac and health care expertise as it seeks
to commercialize and expand the applications of its heart monitoring device.
