Having read the news, it appears the hardest requirements have been met. And trust me, there are many hoops through which to jump.
For those that do not know, the books must be lily white and earnings positive, no scams or funny business, going back for years. Now, a positive I appreciate, is that Robinhood investors may not invest in relatively cheaper risky stocks. Nasdaq is sound . Also, many investment firms / institutional big buyers, are required to go more secure equities. The nasdaq is where the big league goes and this little Canadian stock is now going to be recognized, which serves the American investor well.
Once on the Nas, its not a question , if our earnings and business model have been good. We do not get on , if all stipulations have not been well met. I repeat, this is a huge undertaking and achievement.
Recognition on this massive a level , helps to drive the price up. And up .search that rather than trusting me.
This company has already proven its scalability in Canada, and good earnings. Being on Nas enhances all of that , on virgin turf here in the USA. The management has proven it self, to make great decisions for the shareholders. And this is another brilliant accomplishment toward an even more profitable and secure position.
I have already determined that I will hold all my shares, I will know short term fair play, and see a long term satisfaction, indeed. Its a major part of my portfolio, dollar for dollar, disclosure, 20% which is large, i know. These opportunities are rare, IMO.
I want to add that inflation is upon us. And interest rates - rise, will likely be a requirement. That will cause the big companies to be less able to take out cheap loans.( historically) That will risk a general market selloff , and these dollars will be looking for defensive/ hedging stocks. Short term we may wish to convert certain equities to dollars, hard assets, etc. One should research : defensive stocks in inflationary times. Medical stocks have tended to perform well. If this repeats, wouldn’t we choose to be holding health care stocks, tried and true , and newly uplisted, in this arena? All IMO. Glta.

SHGFF: there is a strong consideration for going to NASDAQ. But, in all reasonable anticipations, until we are ticking higher in price, its a thing for the future. The requirements for that advancement are pretty structured. This company has reported a desire to shoot in that direction, I seem to recall from one of the videos. And I do believe this company is in good standing with the place their highest price places them, US OTC.. I do agree that they will qualify for the next move up.
These are the reasons I think this company will fly, continuing in Canada, and in the USA, as it sets into the medical clinic market here. I will start with a reason not too well understood. Inflation is on our heels, currently. IMO. Prices of utilitarian goods are up. Gasoline, lumber, soy beans, corn and the chicken that survives on ground soy beans and corn. "Shrink"-flation is upon us, a slight of hand to make us think a _ig mack burger is staying the same price, while we all know its smaller now. THIS IS THROUGHOUT THE FOOD AND CONSUMER PRODUCTS INDUSTRY. Do we see things shrinking, maybe not yet. Shrink-flation precedes outright inflation.....
So during inflation, interest rates go up. Big corporations cannot borrow money so cheaply. So the stock market begins to sell off big corporate, and that money heads for defensive stocks, health care being one of those hedging devices. Also commodities like soy beans, precious and battery metals, are set to do well. IMO. (Not, if the S&P 500 continues to drop, in the short term, on the broader scale,....... I doubt it matters much where one is invested, as margin calls take the wind out of so much, But after a bear market, historically we go into a bull market, and this is where I plan to be loading on the defensive stocks, like medical clinic stocks. So based on the current economy, I want hedging-diversification into medical stocks.
Another reason is this CEO is a great leader. He has a superior plan that offers great scalability, and its proven affordable. Watch some videos, just google name of company/ videos, 2021. You may quickly see this has such promise, and is such a value play/ small company, swinging for over- the- fences.
The Canadian Govt. loves alternative (wholistic/natural medicine) and is behind this company. Being socialized med., they support alternative med and alternative med research, as it works very well , is cheaper, and has fewer side effects. So, the company has a huge ready-made legup in proof of product, proof of functional outcome, proof of business model, insurances accommodation, govt. backing from Canada, economic scalability, great , experienced team , insiders and investors.
So this took a substantial place, at about 20% of my portfolio, which is considered too much, I realize.
Milenials are not big on going to the doctors, go minimalistic ( i am parent to three) , go vegetarian, vegan/organic and want cotton...and do the alternative medicine gig with ease. So who are our next clients, and parents, not to mention generation x'ers and aging baby boomers, who are catching on that politics and big pharma are commanding way too much of the show.
I think all these reasons are why I see this as a sound investment. As you can see, I am enthusiastic and really want this team to succeed. Do your own due dil. and maybe invest, if you see promise. I am not a P/D schemer, nor an insider. I am an American, and all I say is IMO. GLTA.

Americans are not well versed in what this company is
offering to the Canadian , increasing masses.
By similar comparison, I see this rather non- enthusiastic American investor response ,
in the Canadian and Australian metals , mining stocks , on some of
the Best Potential mines.
IMO, Americans simply do not get the valid potential of some of the really big mineral hits , with experienced management/ leadership, technology and geologic science, in best jurisdictions, when compared to the Canadian and Australian market investors. So that mining realm is similarly missed , as is this incredibly high potential , alternative medicine
Movement and company.
We here in the US do not get that the govt of Canada goes along w alternative medicine models as they reduce expenses and drive up healing , beyond standards ( American) of practice. The pharmas drive much of what happens here ( US)and the Canadian govt appears to at least accommodate well researched , success oriented alternatives, to “ over evaluating, over surgically - treated, over medicated , over expensed” , US.
I am not saying the provision of “standard care “
is better in either country. The consumers in US know we over pay and are not satisfied with so many mercenary forces , but we are not well versed/do not imagine alternatives to the status quo. And we are slow to recognize exactly what consumer alternative , choice driven medicine could represent in the future, when it actually begins trimming costs, while delivering improved patient satisfaction and frank healing. We will be quite surprised at how well this company is welcomed into the USA as the improved alternatives come to create a whole new scenerio for suffering ( imo deprived, less than iaware) Americans , experiencing the limitations of what our medical system pre- determines for its clients.

So many good videos on this. Google videos and name of company. So glad i found this, rooting around on Otc stocks. Plan to go Nasd as soon as able, real plan. This , in my op, is dirt dirt cheap!! It will soon have a pullback minor ( or not at all, and ill scrounge up
More $. Is cheap at 1.45!!!!!
Holding 905 shares. Best buyiny, for a secure mover long term that Ive done in a while.
I will go in deeper. This decline has been short lived maybe too much so, so may need to eat up time on the sideways. But i scraped together $$ for this, all imo , but Canada is very serious about
into cutting costs , big time. And now i believe they are getting rdy to announce USA acquis or mergers. This will scale llke greased lightening. Such a tried and true plan. All imo. Love the CEO , flanked by none but world class admin. Tap the videos!
