divisions of the Company. Of these new orders, 36 percent are in
the Sports and Recreation division, 32 percent are in the Specialty
Automotive division and 32 percent are in the Aerospace

"The Company is also pleased to note that it has
completed the commercialization of a program in the Specialty
Automotive division. This component is utilized in the heavy duty
on and off-road diesels produced by several large engine
manufacturers," stated David F.
Grant, CEO. "Omni-Lite is seeing additional interest
in this field of green diesel technology. This could become one of
the fastest growing areas of the Company if current negotiations
bear additional fruit."
The Company has received approval for a
preproduction run for one of the green round programs that it has
been developing for the U.S. military. The delivery of these
products will complete the research and development aspects of the
current contract award.
The Company has been included in a marketing
program underway by the Canadian Consulate in Los Angeles. This program called "Success
Stories" highlights three companies that have Canadian roots but
currently have commercial operations in Southern California. The brochure developed
will be utilized across the United
States to illustrate the contributions that Canadian
companies are making to the U.S. economy. In this regard, the
Company is spending heavily on the training of new staff and
technologies that will allow Omni-Lite to take on more technically
challenging programs in the future. It is expected that these
efforts will encompass a broad array of technologies. As a part of
this program, the Company recently received the Hommel Measuring
System it ordered in February, 2013. This system is capable of the
rapid and consistent measurement of most of the key component
characteristics that Omni-Lite monitors with an accuracy of
approximately 0.1 microns or 0.000039 inches. The system is the
same as that utilized by some of our customers in the major U.S.
military programs that the Company is working on. This system and
the options purchased are worth approximately $80,000 U.S.
Omni-Lite is a rapidly growing high technology
company that develops and manufactures precision components
utilized by several Fortune 500 Companies including Boeing, Airbus,
Alcoa, Ford, Caterpillar, Borg
Warner, Chrysler, the U.S. Military, Nike, and adidas.
