Odyssey Petroleum Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ODE)(FRANKFURT: YQN)
announces that the Effective Date for its name change to Petrichor
Energy Inc. and the consolidation of its issued share capital on a
twenty (20) old shares for one (1) new share basis will be March 3,
2011.
Accordingly, at market open on March 3, 2011, the Company's
common shares will commence trading as Petrichor Energy Inc. under
TSX-V trading symbol: PTP.
A Letter of Transmittal is being mailed to shareholders
regarding the 20:1 consolidation.
