NXG Nexgenrx Inc

NEXGENRX INC. (TSX VENTURE:NXG) ("NexgenRx" or the "Corporation") announces that
it has agreed to further extend the maturity date of its currently outstanding
convertible debenture (the "Debenture"). The Debenture was issued in April 2012
in the principal amount of $500,000 and was set to expire on November 26, 2013.
The Debenture was recently amended to extend the maturity date to December 12,
2013 and to amend the conversion price from $0.30 to $0.20 per common share. The
maturity date has been further extended to June 12, 2015. The TSX Venture
Exchange has approved this amendment to the terms of the Debenture.
