addition of Mr. George (Brian)
Eckhardt to the Board of Directors. The Board now consists
of:

- Peter Wintemute, President of 75
North Corp
- Harris Liontas, President &
CEO of Novra Technologies Inc.
Mr. Eckhardt has over 35 years of experience in the
telecommunications and software industries working in field
services, engineering, finance, product development, sales,
marketing, mergers & acquisitions, and executive
positions. He holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Manitoba in Economics and Management
and is an Electronic Engineering Technology graduate from
Red River College. Brian
served as a Board member and Chairman of TRLabs from 2007-2012 and
continues to serve on other volunteer boards such as St. Amant
Centre. Brian is also a member in good standing of the
Institute of Corporate Directors (www.icd.ca).
