New Dimension Resources Ltd. ("New Dimension" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:NDR) reports that as part of a strategic property review in Peru, it has
elected to terminate its option on the Odilin property as well as a small
portion of its Cori Puncho property held under option from Minera del Suroeste.
A technical review by the Company is continuing on the Puma Dorado Project.

In Peru, through its wholly owned Peruvian subsidiary, Camino Ventures S.A.C.,
the Company continues to maintain its 100% ownership in the key portions of the
Cori Puncho Project, where drilling by New Dimension in 2006 returned results
highlighted by a drill intercept of 2.14 g/t gold over 24 metres.

The Company also, through its irrevocable right to acquire Minera NDR Peru
S.A.C., controls the Cenepa Project covering 10,000 hectares along the Peruvian
border with Ecuador. The Cenepa concessions cover an important cross-border
regional mineralized trend that includes the Kinross significant Fruta Del Norte
gold discovery in Ecuador.

Elsewhere, New Dimension continues to focus its exploration activities on its
mineral projects in Canada and Nevada (see summary below) while pursuing other
attractive exploration opportunities in the Americas.

- At the Domain gold property in Manitoba, the Company is awaiting results from
a recent diamond drilling program conducted by its joint venture partner,
Rolling Rock Resources Corp.

- In Nevada, permitting is underway in preparation for anticipated drilling in
the spring of 2009 on the Company's Reese River silver property.

- Also in Nevada drilling program, funded by Calibre Mining Corp. at New
Dimension's Trend gold property, has been completed with assay results still
pending.
